Freeze! 11 - 15 de Maio. Condo Fucks - Fuckbook (Matador records)

É o regresso dos Yo La Tengo aos discos! É isso mesmo, dos Yo La Tengo...mas com outro nome! Isto há cada coisa, vejam lá que esta malta de Nova Jérsia decidiu mudar o nome e editar um disco, um belo disco por sinal! E até inventaram uma história engraçada, aqui reduzida ao essencial e que versa mais ou menos assim: Os Condo Fucks são uma banda lendária que regressa agora ao activo depois de 4 discos editados na década de 90 com o selo da Matador.
Bom, já lá vão mais de 15 discos desde que os Yo La Tengo se formaram em 1984. Andaram já por várias editoras, a Coyote ou a Alias, mas desde 1993 que editam pela Matador. O trio formado por Georgia Hubley, Ira Kaplan e James McNew, ou agora, Georgia Condo, Kid Condo e James McNew respectivamente, volta então aos discos com este Fuckbook, disco para escutar com atenção esta semana das 14h às 16h, no Fahrenheit107.9 na Rádio Universidade de Coimbra.
