O quarto longa-duração do quarteto britânico no ativo desde 2006 vem  reafirmar a resistencia a rótulos e à previsibiliadade: se o título Highly Deadly Black Tarantula remete de imediato para um som hard facilmente classificável, não é isso que este lançamento da Rocket Recordings nos oferece.

Se algum paralelismo se establece, será com a sonoridade dos suecos Goat, que também assinam pela etiqueta fundada por Chris Reeder e Simon Healy.

O ecletismo das seis faixas que o constituem mostra bem a teimosia em seguir um caminho muito próprio, onde noise, post rock,  industrial e dança convivem com paisagens que sugerem a negrura e o mistério duma banda sonora de  Angelo Badalamenti.

Highly Deadly Black Tarantula vai ser o destaque Freeze! até à proxima sexta.feira.
