Right On! é o trabalho de estreia a solo de Jenny Lee Lindberg, já conhecida de outras paragens como baixista das Warpaint.

Jennylee apresenta-nos com este Right On! um universo que bebe inspiração ao goth e ao college rock dos anos 80 e 90, num som lo-fi, místico e sensual, caindo por vezes nas malhas do psicadelismo, a destacar no tema de abertura, Blind, com o baixo em primeiro plano, fazendo as delícias do nosso apetite auditivo. As influências dos míticos Joy Division ou dos Tear For Fears são inevitáveis, tal como podemos escutar em Never.

Com estreia a 11 de Dezembro, Right On! conta com a co-produção de Norm Block, Stella Mozgawa (também das Warpaint) e de Dan Elkan, que já colaborou com bandas como os Broken Bells e os Them Hills, e têm o selo da londrina Rough Trade Records.

Right On! é o último destaque FREEZE! do ano de 2015, e está em escuta no Fahrenheit 107.9 ao longo desta semana, na telefonia da Rádio Universidade de Coimbra.
