Freeze! Savages - Adore Life

It’s about you and me and the others.

A banda franco-britânica, formada por Jehnny Beth (vocalista), Gemma Thompson (guitarrista), Ayse Hassan (baixista) e Fay Milton (baterista), traz-nos post-punk como há muito não o ouvíamos.

Começaram a trilhar caminho em direcção às nossas playlists em 2013, com Silence Yourself, primeiro álbum da banda. Cativaram-nos com a sua estética monocromática, com a crítica à constante distracção (Shut Up) representada pelo mundo moderno, energia sustentada a raiva e temas que expuseram o mais cru dos desejos.

A 22 de Janeiro e 3 anos depois, surge-nos Adore Life. Um disco propositadamente mais positivo que o anterior, composto por 10 faixas que pretendem transmitir the urgency of life (Adore). Serpenteia entre a luz e a escuridão enquanto celebra o amor, a vida, a luxúria e a perda, sempre com a garra que já lhes é característica.

Adore Life foi gravado em Londres, ao longo de Abril de 2015, produzido por Johnny Hostile e lançado pela Matador Records.
