A banda de música experimental de Pittsburgh, que se estreou no inicio dos 2000’s, volta à carga com o seu mais recente trabalho  SeeFu Lilac a ser lançado já no próximo dia 5 de Fevereiro.

4 anos após o último longa duração, Cobra Juicy, os Black Moth Super Rainbow, encabeçados pelo produtor Tom Fec, mais conhecido como Tobacco, retomam à estrada com um “mini-album” de 9 faixas. Embora Tobacco ter a sua própria gravadora, The 70s Gymnastics Recording Company, SeeFu Lilac não foi ainda associado a nenhuma companhia discográfica.

Apesar do álbum só ver oficialmente a luz do dia no próximo dia 5, o mesmo já se encontra disponível em formato digital no Bandcamp da banda para download. Com uma sonoridade usualmente associada aos Air e aos The Octopus Project, com quem até já colaboraram, com SeeFu Lilac os Black Moth Super Rainbow mantêm a sua essência nos elementos psicadélicos, electrónicos e de indie pop. Há quem afirme que este novo álbum representa um espelho para o passado, fragmentado e contemporâneo, mas cheio de visões remodeladas de há muito tempo atrás.

SeeFu Lilac dos Black Moth Super Rainbow é o primeiro destaque FREEZE! de 2016. Estará disponível de segunda a sexta-feira, entre as 14h e as 15h, sempre no éter dos 107.9 da Rádio Universidade de Coimbra.
